    Brian Prabaharan decided his career path at the tender age of nine. Watching his first-generation immigrant parents gingerly navigate the unfamiliar territory of selling their home and interacting with real estate agents, Brian knew he’d found his calling.

    Brian brings 13 years expertise to his role as the Associate Director at Moxham Commercial. He began his career as a receptionist for a residential real estate firm in Double Bay. As the first male receptionist, Brian’s hard-working, affable character quickly put to rest any hesitancy the team held. He determinedly moved his way through the ranks, working in residential sales, before moving into commercial sales in 2013.

    Brian takes a methodical and empathetic approach to commercial sales, executing decisions based on strong market knowledge, innovative market campaigns, and operating with a perceptive approach to what each individual client needs.

    A critical thinker, Brian thrives on meeting the challenges of the commercial real estate sector. He was responsible for the $9.05 million sale of a retail shopping centre in Sydney’s North West. With many complexities, it was still on the market after 12 months and Brian diligently sought the vendor’s trust and respect to take on the property. In four weeks Brian was able to achieve $8.7 million, prompting the thrilled vendor to declare anything after that he would split 50-50. While he went on to achieve a higher price, Brian didn’t take the vendor up on his generous offer, firmly believing in operating with integrity and a genuine drive to deliver optimum results for every client.

    Whether it’s a multi-million dollar commercial property or the family home, Brian prides himself on being someone that you can rely on in your corner. Early in his career he showed a young family more than 100 homes. When they finally purchased and later re-sold, they showed no hesitancy in placing complete trust in Brian once again. It’s these transparent, tailored interactions that Brian values and is dedicated to delivering in every relationship.
