David brings his extensive knowledge of commercial real estate to his role at Moxham Commercial, where as Managing Director and Partner, he leads the Property & Asset Management arm of the business.
Experienced across all asset classes, including commercial, industrial, retail and health, David’s expertise and impressive business track record stretches more than 25 years. His approach to commercial Property & Asset Management is underpinned by a deep market knowledge and understanding of his clients’ needs. David’s commitment to delivering a quality and consistent service to both landlords and occupiers alike is anchored by resilience, persistence and clear communication.
A seasoned leader in commercial real estate, David is highly regarded for his ability to bring out the best in people to develop a high-performing, unified team. Over the past three decades, David has finessed a winning business formula, where a combination of strategy and technology drives productivity.
Initially starting his career at Knight Frank as a cadet straight from high school, David spent over 10 years at JLL leading Asset Management businesses across the country. Adopting an entrepreneurial approach to management; listening to his employees and clients, formulating an inclusive strategy, and developing a structure driven by personal growth and team culture, David improved client and occupant satisfaction immensely. The success & client relationships built during this time, propelled David’s career forward.
More recently he was National General Manager of Asset Management at Savills. In this role, David drove efficiencies and increased revenue through harmonisation, digitisation and automation. And again David forged strong team & client relationships & enhanced the service offering, personally writing new business worth 18.5% of the portfolio value.
Today, at Moxham Commercial, David brings together his learnings and his entrepreneurial ethos to mentor his team, deliver the highest standard of service and drive asset performance for his clients.
